Code of Conduct:


- Respect.
We respect both our clan members and other players. We respect that others may disagree and their right to have other opinions. When we talk and write to each other, we show respect. We treat others the way we want to be treated.


- Honesty.
We behave with honesty and credibility to the other players. We comply with the agreements we make and the promises we make. We are not trying to cheat or steal from other players and do not tolerate such actions.

- Loyalty.
We are loyal to our clan and our clan members. We help and support each other. If there is a problem between our members we solve it internally, with respect for each other.

- The willingness to win.
We fight constantly to improve the clan results and to achieve the common goals we set. We want to be among the top of the clans. Not necessarily the best in terms of league positions or reward harvesting, but the best clan because of our members.

- Enjoy the game without ruining it for others.
We play to have fun, not to destroy other people's experience of the game. Therefore we do not cultivate "grief-playing" or doing things that ruin the game for others. This does not prevent us from participating within the rules of the game, but we do not participate in order to destroy the game for the opposing party.

-Harassment/Discrimination.
Discrimination is any unfair treatment or arbitrary distinction based on a person’s race, gender, religion, nationality, ethnic origin, sexual orientation, disability, age, language, social origin or other status. Discrimination may be an isolated event affecting one person or a group of persons similarly situated, or may manifest itself through harassment or abuse of authority.

Harassment is any improper and unwelcome conduct that might reasonably be expected or be perceived to cause offence or humiliation to another person. Harassment may take the form of words, gestures or actions which tend to annoy, alarm, abuse, demean, intimidate, belittle, humiliate or embarrass another or which create an intimidating, hostile or offensive environment. Harassment normally implies a series of incidents. Disagreement and other issues is normally not considered harassment and is not dealt with under the provisions of this "policy" but under "Respect" and more that applies to each case.

We in The Shadow Strikers have a ZERO tolerance in this matter, and appropriate actions will be taken.
